- Time
- Dubai is UTC+4: 8 to 9 hours ahead of US Eastern and 11 to 12 hours ahead of Pacific, depending on daylight saving. We schedule calls in your morning, which is our evening, and work asynchronously the rest of the time.
- Language
- American or British English spelling on request.
- Messaging
- WhatsApp is less common for business in the US than SMS or web chat, so for US projects we typically build web chat and SMS-style follow-up instead.
- Data protection
- There is no single federal privacy law. State laws such as California's CCPA/CPRA may apply to your customer data. We set up consent and tracking with these in mind.
