Digital Marketing & Automation

Curious by nature. Built to make things happen.

Focus: SEO, GEO & AEOE-commerce & analyticsMarketing automationAI-powered workflowsWebsite development

I build digital experiences, growth systems and practical automations that solve real business problems.

4
roles across marketing, SEO, ops & e-commerce
8
automation workflows built at Revent
2
countries, one store each: UAE & KSA

My philosophy

A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.

I can make it happen.

I don’t know everything at the start. I’m willing to figure it out, and I enjoy the part where I haven’t done it before.

A marketer who ships.

PGDM student (Dubai Dual Country Programme) at IMT with a background in paid media, SEO, sales and e-commerce. Since June 2025 I have also worked on contract for KG Studios on website SEO, its revamp and reviews. At Revent I worked on SEO, analytics and catalogue clean-up for the UAE and KSA stores and built eight automation workflows. I also run ApexFlow Digital.

How I work and where it shows

  • Fast learnerI pick up most tools by watching them used, then trying. I went from running ads to building 8 automation workflows.
  • AdaptablePaid media, FMCG sales and ops, e-commerce SEO, then AI automation. India, then Dubai.
  • AnalyticalI start from the data. At Revent I took 142 hreflang and canonical errors down to zero.
  • Good with numbersWon the Business Simulation Challenge at Shiv Nadar University, 1st of 23 institutions.
  • CreativeDesign Head of the IMT Sports Committee, and contract marketing for a design studio.
  • ResourcefulI find a way when budgets are tight. My WhatsApp assistant runs around the clock on free-tier hosting.

Real businesses, real numbers.

01, Revent, uae.revent.store

E-commerce SEO for a two-country Shopify store

Problem
A catalogue of refurbished Apple and other devices, with hreflang and canonical conflicts, recurring 404s and priority pages Google wasn’t indexing.
Approach
Automate SEO across every variant instead of editing pages one by one, and fix the crawl errors at the source.
Tools
Shopify, Google Search Console, GA4, LLM workflows
Outcome
98,000+ impressions and 2,180+ organic clicks across the UAE and KSA stores, 142 hreflang and canonical errors fixed, 16 recurring 404s redirected and 463 catalogue entries (137 SKUs) cleaned up for Google Merchant Center. See the Search Console chart.
Learned
Indexing problems are usually structural. Fix the template once and hundreds of pages follow.

02, ApexFlow Digital

A bilingual agency website, built from scripts

Problem
A Dubai agency site needed to be fast, in English and Arabic, and easy to change across 100+ pages.
Approach
Plain HTML pages kept in shape by Python build scripts, with structured data, right-to-left Arabic pages and automatic indexing requests.
Tools
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Vercel, Google Indexing API
Outcome
This site: apex-flow.online, 100+ pages, with a health check that runs before every deploy.
Learned
Pages alone don’t rank. Reviews, real links and patience matter as much as the code.

03, ApexFlow Digital

A WhatsApp assistant that answers at 3am

Problem
Enquiries that arrive at night or during meetings go cold before anyone replies.
Approach
A bilingual AI assistant on WhatsApp that qualifies, logs and hands over, with several AI providers so one outage doesn’t stop it.
Tools
Node.js, WhatsApp Web API library, LLM providers, Google Sheets, cloud hosting
Outcome
Live around the clock, with an automated test run of 110 conversation checks before each update. See the demo.
Learned
Two copies of a bot on one WhatsApp session knock each other offline. One bot, one session.

04, Personal project

Snap a meal, get calories and macros

Problem
Logging food by hand is slow, so most people stop after a few days.
Approach
Take a photo of the plate. The app recognises the food and estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat for that portion.
Tools
Mobile app, AI image recognition, AI-assisted coding
Ultra Tech Foundry app home screen on iPhone: catalogue and foundry tour buttons

05, Ultra Tech Foundry, Work

An iOS, Android and web catalogue app for a foundry

Problem
Contractors and municipal engineers need the right manhole cover or grating for a load class, and a quick way to ask for a quote.
Approach
One codebase for iOS, Android and web. Products filter by EN 124 load class (A15 to F900), open as 3D models, and send a pre-filled WhatsApp or tender enquiry.
Tools
React Native, Expo, TypeScript, Three.js, Supabase, EAS updates
Outcome
In progress: catalogue, 3D viewer and enquiry flow built, with automated tests, preparing for App Store and Play release.
Learned
Enquiries must never be lost offline, so they queue on the phone and sync when the connection returns.

06, Personal project

A Shorts pipeline from topic to upload

Problem
Making Shorts every day by hand takes hours of scripting, voiceover and editing.
Approach
A topic queue feeds an AI script writer. The pipeline adds voiceover and captions, renders a 60 FPS vertical video and uploads it to YouTube as a private draft.
Tools
Python, OpenRouter LLMs, text-to-speech, FFmpeg, YouTube Data API, GitHub Actions
Outcome
Runs daily on a schedule and leaves one draft ready to review.
Learned
AI scripts get facts wrong. Every script prints its claims, and nothing goes public until I check them.

Behind the scenes: turning manual work into automated systems.

Eight workflows I built with AI-assisted coding for Revent’s UAE and Saudi Shopify stores. Open one to watch it run, step through it, or feed it a bad input. Architecture snapshot: November 2026. Details are simplified and nothing private is shown.

8 workflows idle

01, Inventory & product sync

Two regions, one Shopify shop, no manual stock edits.

Trigger
Signed webhook, or a check every 15 minutes
Output
Stock, prices, mappings and visibility in Shopify
Built with
Shopify Admin API, Google Sheets, webhooks, scheduled jobs on a VPS
  1. Regional tracker changesUAEKSAEach region has its own tracker and its own sync service. Tracker formulas calculate prices.
  2. Validate tracker rowsInput and mapping checks stop unsafe changes.
  3. Re-read the source trackerWebhook updates are reconciled against the tracker, never trusted as direct stock writes.
  4. Match master sheet to Shopify variantsBoth storefronts are Markets on the same Shopify shop, so the paths converge here.
  5. Update stock, prices, mappings and visibilityDurable markers let accepted changes resume after a restart.
  6. New products: eligible, with images?Eligibility and image checks before anything is published.
  7. Both storefronts in syncManual reconcile and pause/resume controls exist for exceptions.

Before

Regional teams kept stock and prices in sheets, and copying them into Shopify by hand was slow and easy to get wrong.

After

One source of truth per region, and Shopify follows it automatically.

Limits

Prices come from tracker formulas, so a formula mistake upstream still needs a person. That’s what the pause and reconcile controls are for.

02, Order automation

Two order workflows, running side by side.

Trigger
Shopify order webhook, or polling recent orders
Output
Email alerts, and delivery requests to a partner
Built with
Shopify webhooks, a delivery queue and worker, email, optional Slack

A, Order alerts

  1. Order created or updatedWebhook, or a poll of recent orders as a safety net.
  2. Compare with the stored snapshotThe last known state of each order is kept.
  3. New or changed?Only real changes go further.
  4. Email alertSlack too, when it’s configured.

B, Partner delivery

  1. Order webhookEvery new order is checked.
  2. Matching partner coupon?Only eligible orders qualify.
  3. Add to the delivery queueQueued, so a slow partner never blocks Shopify.
  4. Worker sends the payloadTo the delivery partner’s system.
  5. Result recordedEvery attempt is logged for follow-up.

Before

Orders were noticed late, and partner orders had to be passed on by hand.

After

The team hears about orders straight away, and eligible orders reach the partner without copy-paste.

Limits

Alerts go by email, with Slack only when set up. A failed delivery is recorded, but someone still follows it up.

03, Image audit with human approval

The system suggests. A person decides.

Trigger
A daily morning audit, and a review check every 15 minutes
Output
Verified product images on both storefronts
Built with
Shopify media API, Google Sheets as the review screen, email reports

System, daily audit

  1. Morning audit startsUAEKSAIn-stock colour variants in both regions.
  2. Find exact and safe media matchesOnly confident matches become suggestions.
  3. Append suggestions to the review sheetNothing changes in Shopify yet.
  4. Report emailedOnly the items that need a decision.

Human, every 15 minutes

iPhone case, BlueApprove suggestion
Watch band, StarlightKeep current
MacBook sleeve, SageReject

Simulated. The real review sheet is private.

  1. Reviewer opens the sheetApprove current, approve suggestion, search again, reject, or paste a URL.
  2. Approved?Only an explicit approval moves forward.
  3. Apply the imageThe approved replacement is uploaded.
  4. Verified on the storefrontChecked after it goes live.

Before

Wrong or missing colour images confuse buyers, and checking hundreds of variants by eye takes days.

After

The machine does the searching. People make the call, so a bad match never reaches customers.

Limits

Only safe matches are suggested, so some variants still need a person to find an image.

04, Daily store health check

One morning email instead of six places to look.

Trigger
Daily, every morning
Output
A combined action report with links to the regional master sheets
Built with
Google Sheets checks, Shopify data, service health checks, email
  1. Morning check startsOne run covers both regions.
  2. Tracker errorsUAEKSAFormula and data problems in the regional trackers.
  3. Master sheet errorsBroken rows and references.
  4. Mapping issuesProducts that don’t map cleanly to Shopify variants.
  5. Inventory reconciliationSheet stock against Shopify stock.
  6. Service and automation healthAre the other workflows running?
  7. Combined action report emailedWith links straight to the sheet that needs fixing.

Before

Problems sat in different sheets and services until a customer noticed.

After

The team starts the day with one list of what to fix.

Limits

It reports problems. Fixing them is still a person’s job.

05, Blog research & publishing

A content calendar that runs itself, and checks its own work.

Trigger
A daily scheduled run (cron)
Output
Published articles on the UAE and KSA Shopify blogs
Built with
LLM research and writing, image generation, Shopify blog API, cron
  1. Daily scheduled runOne cron trigger. A separate long-running process was retired so there is only one way in.
  2. Is a post due?The cadence changes through the year.
  3. Pick and research topicsRelevant to each region’s store.
  4. Write the article and create imagesGenerated, then checked.
  5. Meets publication rules?Validation before anything goes live.
  6. Publish to the right regional blogThen record proof of publication and state.
  7. Post-publish steps and notificationThe team is told what went live.
Publishing cadence
PeriodSchedule
October to NovemberOne UAE and one KSA article every two days
December to JanuaryMonday and Thursday
February onwardMonday

Before

Two regional blogs need regular, relevant posts, and writing them by hand doesn’t keep pace.

After

Posts go out on schedule, with a record of what was published and when.

Limits

It keeps its state between runs, so a failed attempt is retried next time rather than lost. Quality still depends on the checks it runs.

06, Analytics & SEO monitoring

A scheduler of reporting and SEO jobs, with honest limits.

Trigger
A scheduler, from every 30 minutes to monthly
Output
SEO dashboard, analytics emails for UAE, KSA, Business and AI Lab, SEO suggestions
Built with
GA4 and Search Console APIs, LLMs, scheduled jobs
  1. Every 30 minutesSEO dashboard refresh
  2. HourlySEO content retry
  3. DailyGA4 and Search Console analytics email
  4. DailySEO digest and reporting
  5. Twice a monthSEO content processing
  6. MonthlyContent crawl
  1. Scheduled job startsEach job runs on its own cadence.
  2. Find new pagesIncluding pages missing from sitemaps.
  3. AI provider quota available?Content jobs depend on an external AI API.
  4. Generate meta tags, alt text, FAQ and internal-link suggestionsCompleted URLs are saved so the job can resume.
  5. Digests and dashboards updatedReports go to the team.

Before

Checking analytics for four areas and keeping SEO metadata current takes hours every week.

After

Reports arrive on their own, and SEO work happens in the background.

Limits

In the November 2026 snapshot, some AI-dependent content jobs were deferred by provider quota limits, with a pending daily slot and a pending monthly slot. The reporting, dashboard and retry jobs ran successfully. Handling quotas well is part of the job.

07, Live business dashboard

It never swaps good data for bad.

Trigger
About every 15 minutes
Output
Executive views, source tabs, data-quality warnings, refresh logs
Built with
Shopify, Google Sheets, GA4 and Search Console APIs
  1. Refresh startsOrdersInventoryGA4Search ConsoleFour sources, three areas: UAE, KSA and Business.
  2. Source data valid?Checked before anything is replaced.
  3. ConsolidateOne view across regions.
  4. Dashboard updatedExecutive views, source tabs and a refresh log.

Before

Managers had to open four tools to see how the business was doing.

After

One dashboard, close to live, that shows when its own data is questionable.

Limits

“Live” means about 15 minutes behind, and a failed check means older but trusted numbers.

08, AI storefront concierge

A shop assistant that knows which country you’re shopping in.

Trigger
A customer opens the storefront chat
Output
A contextual answer from the right regional catalogue
Built with
LLM, Shopify catalogue sync, a live web service
  1. Customer opens the chat“Do you have the MacBook Air in midnight?”
  2. Identify the regionUAEKSAEach store has its own catalogue.
  3. Retrieve matching productsCatalogues sync at startup and refresh about every 60 minutes. Admins can force a refresh.
  4. Generate a contextual answerGrounded in that region’s products.
  5. Reply to the customerIn the chat, straight away.

Before

Shoppers ask product questions at any hour, and the answer differs between the UAE and Saudi stores.

After

Instant answers based on the products actually sold in that region.

Limits

Between hourly refreshes, a very recent catalogue change may not show yet.

Watch a WhatsApp enquiry handle itself.

A message comes in, the assistant understands it, asks what it needs to know, logs the lead and hands over to a person. Illustrative conversation. The workflow mirrors the assistant I run for ApexFlow.

What keeps me sharp.

Volleyball

Teamwork, reading the play, and adjusting mid-rally. Sport is where I learned to adapt fast.

The gym

Discipline and consistency. Small, boring improvements that add up.

Trying new things

New tools, new sports, new problems. I like the stage where I don’t know how yet.

Building

Turning an idea into something real, even when it starts as a rough prototype.

Have an idea? Let’s make it happen.

The last step of every workflow I build is the same: it works for someone. Next, that could be you.

how-i-work.flow
